Multisig 1/x - “cldyja”
Summary
This multisig stake.libre to optimize and improve staking contract tables. It introduces a new scope for completed stakes and thereby improves voting power calculations - amongst other improvements.
These changes have been tested on local testnet as well as the Libre Testnet. You can verify that the sha256sum is the same version which is deployed on testnet currently.
